"Las estrellas" is an Argentine telenovela written by Marta Betoldi, Mara Pescio, Santiago Guerty and created by Adrián Suar for Canal 13. It's an original story and it started airing on May 29, 2017. The main stars are Celeste Cid, Marcela Kloosterboer, Natalie Pérez, Violeta Urtizberea and Justina Bustos.

Synopsis[]

Five sisters of different mothers gather on the occasion of the death of their father, Mario Estrella. At the reading of the will, they find that their father imposed an inescapable condition to collect the inheritance: they must successfully run a "boutique hotel" for a term of one year.

Thus, Virginia, Lucía, Carla, Florencia and Miranda will have no choice but to learn how to deal with their great differences. Their father's desire was to unite them. Will they?

  • Originally thought of as a primetime comedy series, it was transformed in a telenovela after her predecessor 'Quiero vivir a tu lado' flopped in the ratings.
  • As of May 29, 'Las estrellas' is consistantly #1 rated television show in Argentina.
  • Both Gonzalo Valenzuela and Luciano Castro left the show in the middle. Valenzuela appeared in the first episode and left in 43rd. Castro joined the show in 6th episode and left in 64th.
