"Mi marido tiene familia" is a Mexican telenovela produced by Juan Osorio for Televisa. It's an adaptation of Korean drama 'My husband got a family' created by Park Ji-eun. It started airing from June 5, 2017 to October 22, 2017 for the first season and again it started aired but with new title 'Mi marido tiene más familia' from July 9, 2018 to February 24, 2019 for the second season, ending totally with the two seasons of 269 episodes. The main stars are Daniel Arenas and Zuria Vega.
Synopsis[]
Julieta and Robert have the perfect relationship: they both have their dream job, they share their dreams and are ready to get married soon. For them, the secret lies in two points: communication and the fact that the adoptive family of Juan Pablo lives in another country, saving them the problems of dealing with the in-laws. However, fate has prepared a surprise when they must move to an apartment in a modest area of Oaxaca.
There they meet the owners of the building, the Córcega family, not knowing that they are Robert's real family and that his real name is Juan Pablo. From there, Robert / Juan Pablo and Julieta will have to learn to live with their in-laws, Blanca and Eugenio, and their sisters-in-law, with all the demands that this entails, a battle between tradition and modernity, whirlwind of emotions and adventures.
If they want to achieve the happiness they were looking for in their marriage, Julieta and Juan Pablo must learn to live with their new family, even if this is more complicated than they thought.

- Working title for the show was 'Inesperadamente tú'.
- Fernando Colunga was initially reserved for the show since Juan Osorio wanted to repeat his collaboration with the actor after the success of his latter comedy telenovela 'Porque el amor manda'. Colunga had to refuse the role due to other projects so Erick Elias was chosen as his replacement. Elias also refused the role and ultimately Daniel Arenas was cast in the main role.
- Altair Jarabo auditioned for an unspecified role on the show.
- Due to excellent ratings, the show was renewed for a second season which premiered in July 2018. Most of the cast returned for the second season.
